Managing student files when working on a project can be a challenge. What are some ways to manage, store and transfer files so that students can easily locate and access them?

Working with younger students, I feel that it would be difficult to use even the simplest from of e-mailing work or saving it to a USB drive. If the school's fortunate enough to provide each student with a USB drive, I'm sure we can find ways to teach the students to use it. However, students who have a hard time keeping track of their homework, pencils, etc. will definitely have a difficult time keeping track of their USB drives.
While students are working on a project, they should be given ample time to work on their projects in school. In order to manage and organize students' work, a separate folder can be made for the class, with individual folders for each individual student. I feel that the "labshare" system we have in class would be ideal in helping students' organization.
